Yes.
It uses mainly Honda parts incl a Civic Type-R engine and was engineered in England by Luke and Chris Craft under contract to Tokyo R&D (owners of Vemac), a consulting company who make concept cars for major Japanese manufacturers and carbon fibre composites for rockets. I think it's meant to be designed to be reminiscent of a Ferrari 250LM, and has only been marketed in Japan so far.
