It's a Lotus Excel made for Richard Hammond to drive into the water for a Top Gear episode on TV celebrating 50 years of James Bond - an attempt to 'replicate' James Bond's submarine Lotus Esprit, but with an Excel instead!

It leaked a bit apparently but at least no fish got inside like they did in the Bond film.  How did it get in there?!
