Marden Alizé !
The difference with the Channel is the shape of the nose, a bit longer on the Alizé, with different headlights and wraparound 'crystal' blinkers.
If you really want to know, the Channel used Alfasud headlights (with blinkers behind the same glass), and the Alizé borrowed theirs from the Peugeot 405 (with separate blinkers).
In fact, these two were technically two versions of the same car : front wheel drive, with Lombardini 325 or 395 cc diesel engine, CVT and a Comex transaxle.
On this picture, I'm sure this is the Alizé, because we can see clearly a crystal blinker on the right side.
The Channel was launched in 1986, the Alizé in 1988.
But with the shape of the wheel covers, I suppose it is a late version, when the factory became "Delma-Marden" in 1991.
They made some tweaks, with constant-velocity joints, front disc brakes, and a new twin-cylindrer 411 cc Perkins diesel.
So I'll say Delma-Marden Alizé, 1991-1994. No idea of the engine that is under the bonnet of that very example, though !
