Is that Malcolm Campbell's Bluebird in very early form? I can't however understand why it would need front brakes (!). Note the Brooklands track layout in the top left-hand corner of the photo.

Napier-Campbell Bluebird III - original chassis by Amherst Villiers. Engine a Napier Lion. This is the 1929 version with body by Arrol-Aster.
