Do not trust the internet.

You will find this picture at many places, all telling it´s a 1936 vehicle from the UK.

I always thought, that I know those Trilex-rims, but did not make the obvious Saurer connection, yet.

Indeed it is a swiss 1936 Saurer Fünfachser Prototyp!

And I claim another point, of course ;D
