The Cheesecake Factory has been working overtime. Help me reduce inventory by identifying this young lady, and the car upon which she is perched.

I have a fair idea what the car is but not the lady with the streaky hair and tatts.

I think the car is a 1959 Rambler Ambassador 4-door sedan, but I'm afraid I have no idea who the young woman may be.
