Looks like a pre war/B & W movie star. The face looks familiar. She had a high pitched voice I think. Can't remember the name @ the moment.

I've not seen her in the same photo with the car. There's probably a good reason for that.

I've only seen this young woman with dark hair, which was part of her trademark look..
