its early 50's phantom iv , for sultan of brunei ?? he's a huge fan of special RR's , and coachbuilt by mulliner park ward??

sorry, its not H.J. Mulliner the front fenders dosen't match or the spare wheel position ,so the only cabriolet left is faranay's , right???
