I looked at about 500 Alvis with Graber body photos and never found this car complete on the net.

However, I did see a photo of a TC08G prototype of the TD21 with bodywork by Graber done in 1956.

It had the same "driving lights" configuration and the same location of the turn signals. The photo was of just the body shell of the car
which was under restoration but not completed when offered for sale in the UK  I believe.

This might be your puzzle car.
Cheers
Bill

1960 Alvis TD21.  Customized by a bodyshop owner in Scotland.  The roof has been chopped, the fenders (wings) have been reprofiled.  Most of the body work is done in fiberglass.

Correct! Although it looks pretty convincing at first glance it's not a period body at all but a modern and very personal build

Luckily Graber created some incredibly handsome bodies on Alvis chassis so I hope Bill Murray you don't feel like you wasted your time barking up that particular wrong tree....

That's a VERY nice looking car.  One heck of a good job of customizing...at least that's what the camera shows.

Thanks for the puzzle of this unique car.
If anybody knows more like the name of the bodyshop and why they build it (for a customer or the owner of the bodyshop) please let us know.
