It seems that this model of a three-wheeled electric taxi, designed by David Cole(?) from Ogle Design in 1965.

Yes, it's an Ogle design for an electric taxi. It's actually from 1964, and I have no idea who David Cole is. More likely David Ogle I'd have thought (Though the drawing in the back of my unmodified puzzle pic looks more like the work of Tom Karen)

If 1964 then Tom Karen!
Tom came to Ogle in 1962 not long after the death of David Ogle (25 May 1962).
