Base car is easy, but who is responsible for the bodywork and what year was it built?

1966 Lotus Elan Fastback Targa by Muller Racing.

I found the 3-part picture this is taken from.  The forum post in 2007 indicates this picture is from a 1966 Racing Car Show in London.  As indicated by the advertisements on and around the car, it was probably built by Muller Racing.

Did you find any information besides the 3 BW images from a french magazine?

(with signs around the car in french, wasn't the show probably in another country?)

Well, that's about it, yep!

Can't say I've ever heard of Muller Racing before and I presume this is the only Elan they managed to convert. I took the image from the internet so unfortunately don't have any more info than what was written there. The signs in front of the car and the faintly visible 'FORMULE J' sign in the background would indicate this was seen in France, not London.
Perhaps somebody could track down a hard copy of the magazine that it's taken from?
