After learning a lot more about Renault, I suspect this is a concept drawing for a Renault 12.  Probably for a successor around 1980.

Maybe in the next day or so I will find out who created it.

Well, you're right so far, this is a proposal for a restyled Renault 12 (I think it dates from a little earlier than 1980 though). I think that is worth another lock to come up with who created the sketch.

This is a designsketch for Project 117 ( Renault 12 ) from the beginning of the seventies. So that would make it 'designed by Robert Opron'?

As mentioned above it's a proposal for a restyled R12 from the mid/late 70s so I don't think it can be considered part of Projet 117. As far as I'm aware this is nothing to do with Opron, although I'm not sure exactly who is responsible for the design. I just want to know which firm was responsible.

A proposal made by Heuliez, under the direction of Yves Dubernard.

Apologies cmetisse, I only just saw your answer now. Heuliez was of course the company I was looking for, well done!
