(Putting out the only lead I had.  Search ended there.  I've seen this picture before, I don't think it is related to the 965 or 966, besides the resemblance of the front)

Right, that front end is taken from a ZAZ but otherwise they aren't related

1957 is closer but not quite right, and it's not a Satellite or a Sputnik. The model name I'm looking for is just an internal code number
