It looks like a fairly small-scale styling model. Any ties to the Fisher Body Craftsman's Guild?

Ah - that's a good question, the answer to which may shed some light on this. The organization for which this design was created, had aspirations of becoming an auto manufacturer.  They were located in the US.

Having said that, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.  ;)

That's it! This was one of a series of models prepared; it dates from July of 1951.
