But #5 is a US car containing "Phoenix" in its name?
A Ford prototype, wasn't it?

I could have sworn I had this one saved as a Pinto prototype (with a rear engine), but cannot find proof. I'll guess Car #5, Ford Pinto mock-up, and Place I might be Pinto, Madrid, Spain. If not, please unlock
#12 I have a different company name and a slightly different spelling of the designation.
OK - L is Phoenix-See in Dortmund; #5 is the Ford Phoenix, a rear-engine prototype that hinted at the look of the future Pinto

D'oh - I thought Phoenix was eliminated. I'll keep looking, but don't wish to preclude Wendax and others, who have invested so much time in solving these, from taking the point.
Is #E a European location?
South American?
The last pair must be #2 and #E. #E is Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Is #2 some kind of Jaffa Special?
