This is the Pulse GT1.  It was built as a GT racecar in the 90's to compete on the big stage and was tested with as Jaguar XJ220 engine. It was never raced due to rule changes and was eventually bought by a private buyer named Keith Maden who has rebuilt it as a track car with an Audi RS4 engine.
