Yes, this is a well known car & is all over the internet..I just happened to find a good angle to make it difficult to identify.

Well it is obviously based on a Ford, and although most Model T Speedsters are not single seaters and the chassis would be wider, I think this claims to be a 1922 Model T Speedster and this is the other view:
