1954 Kaiser Manhattan, nicknamed 'Lower Manhattan', with Cadillac tail lights and chopped 4 inches. Interior with bucked seats, centers console, overhead console all wrapped in a molded tweed. The chassis was swapped out for a stretched 1980 Monte Carlo chassis, lowered with adjustable air shocks in the rear. Engine is a rebuilt 305 Chevy V8 and lots of chrome ...
