Found this online:
"1971 AMC Javelin. This car was built by len legere in 1989 and has won best custom in the nationals for the isca 3 years. This car has won hundreds of awards and can win more. Took best custom this year and last at the isca Boston show. Car has too many hours to count in labor. It is chopped 2 1/2 inches, channeled 5 inches, and section 3 inches. "

It's apparently called "The Mistress..."
