The rear view is hurting me here...it looks like an early 1940s GM proposal.  The through line of the fender says Buick, but it looks too small.  I'm going to guess it's a Chevrolet proposal...dating from 1941 or so.

This was an early proposal for a 1948 Pontiac created in 1945 or early 1946, before GM decided on a new family of A-body and B-body cars for 1949 Chevrolets and Pontiacs.

You're perfectly right. Chevrolet it is. You may be correct about the year of the project (I'm not sure of that). Do you know for what year it cas intended?

If I am right, and this car was designed and clayed in 1941, then this car would likely be intended as a 1943/4 model.  Obviously, that never happened.
