I am almost sure it is a Ruland from 1975. This plastic car has a VW motor.
It was a Canadian guy (Quebec) who built this car.
It was presented in Montreal and the prices was at that time 14.500 dollar.
The car was 4.62 meter long.
Two liter Boxermotor (VW 412 and Porsche 914).
84 pk - 4900 t/min. 4000/14.4 mkg.
Weight: 800 kg
Speed: 160 km

Is this information right?
