It's Gloria Swanson and her Leach built in Los Angeles in the early 1920′s.

Gloria Swanson was not made in LA in 1923. Or was she....?

You are correct. The rest of the caption for this photo suggests the engine in this car was a six-cylinder designed by Harry Miller.
