Indeed. I'm surprised this one hasn't appeared before.

This is the prototype Gordon from 1954, and certainly looks a bit rough. A production model is shown below, and also a shot of the right hand side, showing how the Villiers 2-stroke engine was slung on the side of the car, driving the right-hand rear wheel. Also visible is the kick-starter, which could be used if the electric one wasn't up to the job.

The Gordon was produced by Vernons Industries, whose main business was football pools. In its day it was the cheapest car on the UK market, at under £300.
