Pinin Farina Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 5-seater Coupe - 1950.

They made a few of these, all with very slight differences. They even had the idea to include the Alfa shield at one time:

Searching my archive I found this pic tagged as AR 2300 2+3 (= five-seater I suppose) by Pinin Farina.
Probably a misspelling...

That's the same picture that found me the answer: from "Carrozzeria italiana - Advancing the Art and Science of Automobile Design", although the caption did describe it as a 5-seater in that book.
