Where did You get that picture & where to get any information about this car?

That was a good guess, and I see certain similarities, but that one must surely be related to a Vector of some sort? Nice car, anyway.

But the puzzle car in question is certainly not a Shark S1.

It is European, but it does not have a Lamborghini engine - the engine isn't Italian at all.
