My Spanish is a mess, but there's another source calling it "La Cachapa" and that it may Maserati engined. Here's a pic showing it with a different color:

As far as I can judge, the poster of the picture wrote 'it is a Maserati' and another guy told him 'it is not, it is a car built by Zilio brothers <etc., etc.>'. Thanks for forwarding me to this picture, by the way.

I have found a little set of pictures of Venezuelan (I guess) specials... those were mad  :drink:
