1947 Delfosse DVD, built by Otto Mathe. It uses a 600cc Zündapp bike engine only but is said to be capable of 165kmh

Yes, it is the 1947 Delfosse DVD (DVD = Delfosse Versuch Düsseldorf). It was built by Kurt Delfosse, not by Otto Mathé.
The car can be seen in the Prototyp museum in Hamburg.
