It's a 4/12 hp built by Ipe Auto-Gesellschaft mbH, Berlin, between 1919 and 1922.
4-cylinder 1181cc, available as an 'Express Delivery Van' too.
(Info on the Beaulieu, on Georgano's new Encyclopedia and Wise's book...I missed the 4th.

I don't have the Beaulieu, but I found the Ipe in the Oswald and the Kubisch books, where an ad was shown:

Eine Ausführung als Lieferwagen bot man ebenfalls an. Die Produktion währte nur kurz und dürfte bereits gegen Ende 1920 eingestellt worden sein.
