My eyes are burning!
This car is simply called "Shop Module" and was invented by architect Mr. Bernard Striberni from Lausanne. As a special feature it has a removable shopping box/cart — similar to Bertone's 1969 Fiat 128 Coupé.

I've only just noticed that this one has finally been solved.  Well done Allemano!  Do you know anything more about the car, suich as its mechanical base (e.g. BMC Mini?), etc?

So, Swiss, based on Mini 850 and introduced in 1976. All we need know is the name of its builder!
