Almost an automobile.

For one point, please respond and identify this vehicle and its year of appearance.

A swedish moped prototype made by Apollo (Berlin & Co) in Värnamo. It was presented in march 1958 in a micro car exhibition in Stockholm. Never reached production, but it was quite elegant and practical and followed the swedish regulations (maximum top speed 30 km/h). The moped engine – 50 cc an 0,8 hp - was situated between the drivers feet. It was called Mopsen. Pug dog?

The body was made of steel.

It believed to been scrapped some years later.
