Rookies, ever seen this one before? No points for teh base car of course but who carried out the conversion and what was it called?

I believe that was the name of the company (Don't have access to the files right now), but what I was actually looking for is the name of the gentleman who designed it and put it into production. Sorry for not making this totally clear at the start.

honast, I'll keep this puzzle locked for another 24 hours but after that I'll be moving it up to the pros, so you'll have to hurry to complete the answer to gain the point!

Indeed it was.
Bad luck Honast... if it was possible to award half points...
The nose was originally designed to be fitted to the Broadspeed Mini GT, but production of those cars stopped before it was launched. Humberstone set up production himself, and apparantly they sold very well in Spain!
