KM 300 built by Keith Morrison of Sydney, Australia using Hillman mechanical components (Morrison was a Rootes dealer in Sydney)

Correct!
This is the first of the KM 300s built by Morrison. The 'production' cars used a shell based on the Falcon MkII and I think this Mistral-bodied car is unique
