I only know a name (which maybe incorrect), a place where it was shown and a year. So further information is welcome. And I'd be happy to award two points for a detailed and correct answer

I'm not sure, but guess it's the Gozzy SSK in the background. Could it be that the mystery car is from 1977?

The ceiling indicates that the fair is the Tokio Motor Show. This pic dates from 1959:

The mystery car is from the early 1970s and from Tokyo, but not from the Motorshow

It's called TJ 2 and it seems to be a Japanese self-built creation.
