I have it.  However, I suggest that the point should go to Franck, as he gave the most important information which allowed me to identify it.  In fact, I spotted this one a few weeks ago on a forum, but I was not able to recognize it when you posted this puzzle.

That's a Panhard X87 Dyna from 1952 bodied by Lhuiller.
