This is one of 3 Bandini 1100 Sport-D cars made between 1947 and 1950.
It was bodied by Motto, and is seen here on the streets of New York being driven by its owner Paul Bracco.

Yes, that is the car. The picture was taken in 1950. I have the driver's name as Giovanni Bracco, not Paul. But that doesn't effect your well-earned point.  ;)

I don't know why I wrote 'Paul'; I intended to write the driver as 'John Bracco' so I must not have quite woken up yet!  He must have Anglicised his name for living in the USA.
