No, again this is not a repost.  ;D

For one point, please respond and identify this car and date. Further on, tell me the main difference to its lookalikes in the other puzzles.

Looks like a variant on the Willam City car. They where badged as Lawil, Casalini, Lambretta

Is this one perhaps electric?

It is not related to the Lawil City, nor its related Willam or Lambretta variants. The Casalini is still another car.
But there is a relation to another one of the many Willam microcars, and it is electric. Keep on digging.

Sorry, it is not an Acoma, but it uses basically the same body. That also is the connection to Willam, as we just had seen in one of my other puzzles the Willam Cyclo using a modified Acoma body.

Cedre Mini 1 or Mini 2. An electric conversion of the first Mini Comtesse E.B., with a 600 w or 1 200 w electric engine. Made by François Guerbet of Montesquieu-Volvestre, in 1974 and 1975.
