My understanding is that this truck was made for a company called VAM, which I believe to be in the waste deposal business (Vuil Afvoer Maatschappij). The name is derived from Houweling and Brink. Houweling was a chap involved in the GiHo-truck. Brink the CEO of the VAM. The cab is a DAF item, the rest of the construction was done at Ginaf. Only one was made, the rest were made up of Giho trucks.
