Solved: Wendax 007 - Praga Super Piccolo with streamlined body

One of my favourite cars, since I saw it for the first time, standing on a car park some 30 years ago.

For one point, please respond and identify the car, the year it was built, and what special feature is missing on the pictured car.

Praga Super Piccolo  was manufactured in between 1934 and 1936. It was the first aerodynamically car of Praga.

You identified the Praga correctly, but to earn the point you still have to tell me what's missing on this particular car. It is quite a unique feature.

It lacks the fairing of the wheels(I don't know if it is said), but the truth is that my English is very bad and I had understood you

Correct, the wheels were covered, and the frontwheel covers were hinged in the middle and fitted with rollers, so that the front wheels pushed the wheel covers aside when steering with a bigger angle.

I'm not sure if this car is unique and this is the same example, but it (or one of them) has been restored now. Not too keen on the colour, or those modern indicator units...  :( Also a larger version of the period image above.

It seems this car was nicknamed 'Vorvaň' (Whale?)

It is not a one-off, it was a series production model, but on small scale, I guess.

On these pictures of an unrestored Super Piccolo I took in 1985, you can see the divided front wheel arch covers that could be pushed open when turning a very narrow circle.
