Solved: Wendax 003 - YBG Type A
« on: January 23, 2011, 01:01:39 PM »
As you could already notice, I appreciate the flowing lines of the art-deco influenced streamline design. That leaves me puzzling about the other designs, as this one.  ;D

For one point, please respond and identify the car, its creator, its engine and when it was built.

This is the YBG microcar, built in France, Cormeilles-en-Parisis, in 1969. Sachs 47,6 cc engine with automatic (centrifugal) gearbox. And... no suspension !  >:(

Another perfect answer. No French microcars able to pass you  ;)

The YBG Type A was built by Monsieur Yves Bodiou. Don't know what the G stands for.

The "G" stands for, I believe "Garage", Yves Bodiou was a mechanic.

Where de you get the information that 35 were built ?
