Interesting car, Delage #51626.  I understand it is also called "Super Sport".  The puzzle image and the image just above, show it in two different configurations.  The car has been restored, and includes running boards and the riveted sections going over each fender.  Not long ago, the car was red, had no running boards and the "vertical windbreaks" on each fender/wing were much smaller, without the line of rivets over the top.
