Not 319 based and built in the early 1950s so it is not an Omega

I found it on my HD as Raymond Way's BMW 328 Special.
The car is pictured at Gosport in the 1950s.
The special lightweight wheels were produced by Ron Willis (not Willys as stated in the caption)
