This is the Street Scooter, originally created by Aachen Universcity with the assistance of many sponsors and technical support, first shown in rough concept form at the IAA in 2009, and shown again two weeks ago at the IAA in a more finalised format.  The car is now planned for sale at 5,000 Euros.
