All I know is that it was not built by a known coachbuilder, but by a company in Northern Germany that specialized in restoration of Mercedes-Benz 190 SL.

Well, the information blurb - a copy of a period article does mention a company XXX-Karosserie.
When I Googled the name of this XXX-Karosserie (the number of X-s don't represent the real number) I found only mentioning - a replica.

nope. When I tried to Google the coachbuilder's name I found only one occurence: there was a replica offered by them.
Was this other replica a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing based on a Mercedes-Benz SL (R107)?

Mogge of Jesteburg/Schleswig-Holstein?
Jesteburg is located in the south of Hamburg and therefore in Lower Saxony and not in Schleswig-Holstein.   ;)
