This time, it is not the car I am after. Please identify the country and the occasion - tell me who's the lady in white clothing. I don't know her name, but I know what's written on that flag
-
Experts?
-
Professionals?
-
I know it's not about the car but...is that a Nash?
Is she somehow related to a race?
-
Is she participating in any kind of beauty contest?
-
Yes, it is related to a beauty contest and no, it is not a Nash
-
Is the car significant in finding the answer? Some car manufacturers used to stage beauty contests.
Is this lady "Miss Buick" from somewhere? If the car is new, I'd guess it's between about 1924 and 1927.
-
There was no date featured. I believe it to be the late 1920s. She is a "Miss ..." from a country. I presume she's promoting the car, which is not a Buick
-
Is she Miss New Zealand?
-
Now, where that came from? How did you find it out? Yes, she's Miss New Zealand. Locked for you, to identify the car
-

 it's your puzzle and I don't want to interfere I only read the requirements according to your initial post. ;)

The lady is Thelma McMillan, the first Miss New Zealand, crowned in 1926.

This is comon practice, ask a question, or series of question, when answered then throw another set of questions
-
Okay, Allemano is right, I was only looking for the lady. Congratulations Wendax
BTW the car is a Chevrolet. Photograph is from the collection of the National Archives, College Park, Maryland
-
Where's the Chevy? It's a Buick in my opinion.
-
-
Well, I can only tell you what was said on the original caption. But you may be right though

-
Well, this may be a Buick, but she was not Miss Buick - this wasn't a GM-organised event
-
I'm not trying to suggest that she was Miss Buick. It's just that I am not very good on American cars, so I had done enough research to convince myself that this was a Buick before offering any kind of answer. :)

Okay, I modified the heading. Thanks for all your input
