Just to recap what has already been established.
Mainly Czech, 1930s, transporting relatively mundane goods.
Judging from the photo it would appear to have a sleeper cab and I assume it undertook long-haul journeys probably trans-European.
Is the engine non-Czech but European?

Yes, this was powered by a Mercedes-Benz engine. Wendax will receive a point once you find out which company comissioned this truck and what was its purpose (for a 2nd point).
