I do not know how many of those have been produced, but it really looks like a fun drive!

Yes, several of those must have been built.
You can find versions with engines of BMW K 100/K 1100/K 1200 or Moto Guzzi 1100, too.

A later ca. 1996 version was available as the "GT 1100 Sport" and the "GT 1100 Daytona":

It was available also with a Guzzi engine, 1000 or 1100cc known as RS1100 in late 90s.
