Paul Jaray was one of the masterminds of streamline bodies, but he didn't build them himself. This was done for example by Gläser, using Jaray patents.

Note this car was a preview to survey the german autobahn. Hence the two-color scheme... and the car dirty by running fast.

Funnily enough this is a picture of it in complete black paint, within an essay that featured the advantages of aerodynamic car bodies against dust staining from 1936:

Here´s a 1935 comic that has definitly been inspired by this car:
