the only others seen to be using that pram-iron in the rear pillar in a R-R conversion
(apart from Wood & Pickett's Windsor)
were Symbol/ British Motors Ltd, all continuation companies after rapport went bust in '81...

As picture below shows, the Excelsior was originally going to be a Humberstone. Rapport International came along in 1979, bought Humberstone's design company and the vehicle became a Rapport.
