Correct!
These designs were made by Thomas L. Hibbard but the answer is not complete yet.
They were supposed to be fitted with (modified) Ford engines and chassis...but they where not Ford Specials by Hibbard, but a proposal for a new line of cars, to be sold under a different name...you found the 2nd part of this (never realized) company's name.
The 1st name is quite known too....
