Well, that's probably built in the USofA in about 1925, but I can't say I can go any nearer.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

Well that lets out Star as there were four US Stars (and one English) - I thought perhaps a Star Four made by the Durant Motor Co. of New Jersey

A Birmingham, from the Birmingham No-Axle Motor Corp?

Nope, they folded in 1922

A Luxor, perhaps?

A Bay State 4-door Sedan, built by the Richard H. Long Co. at Framingham, MA; I found it labeled in my archive as ’c.1924’. Interestingly, although the company gave up car manufacturing as early as 1926, it still exists as a car dealer.

Bay State 4-door Sedan is what I have too...there where 2 models, Model 1 from 1922 to 1924 and a Model 2 launched in 1924 only with 8 bodystyles. The company quit manufacturing cars in 1926, so this one can be either a Model 1 Sport Sedan from 1924-26 or a Model 2 from 1924-26 in one of its sedan versions: 5-passenger, 7-passenger or Sport Sedan 5-passenger.
Well done!
